Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Talent Development: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive business results through talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Performance Management and Coaching: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to help employees achieve their career goals.
  • Talent Acquisition Focus: Source, select, and hire top talent for key positions within the organization.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Stay on top of industry trends and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, local labor laws, and digital literacy.
  • Negotiation and communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and customer service orientation.
