Job Description:

In the role of Technical Support Office at Hunter's Hub, Inc., you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support for our mobile application. This involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders, and maintaining an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with our technology partner Backbase, the bank's IT group PCCI, and other internal teams to guarantee prompt and effective resolution of support tickets. Your expertise in ticketing systems, problem management, and incident resolution processes will enable you to efficiently manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in technical support, preferably with experience in mobile applications or digital banking.
