Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for our customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations.
  • Design and implement LANs, WANs, Internet, and intranet systems, as well as network segments.
  • Collaborate with our IT department to ensure seamless system integration and troubleshooting.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of user issues and resolutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in multi-location support and troubleshooting.
