Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Finance and Production Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for managing prepayments, vendor payments, and credit card expenses.

The ideal candidate will have experience in finance or accounting roles, with proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar software. You should also have a strong understanding of credit card expense management and vendor payments.

  • Manage prepayments and ensure timely payments as orders progress.
  • Oversee the categorization of credit card expenses in QuickBooks Online.
  • Process and track vendor prepayments in accordance with production schedules.
  • Assist with employee expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all bills are submitted to the Accounts Payable team for timely entry into QBO.
  • Monitor and follow up on credit card expenses and approvals for timely processing.
  • Collaborate with finance team members to maintain accurate financial records.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 1+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of credit card expense management and vendor payments.
