Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through attentive service and clear communication.
  • Efficiently schedule estimators and service technicians.
  • Route digital marketing leads to the appropriate business units.
  • Organize and maintain client files.
  • Assist with pricing inquiries and respond on multiple social media platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (2+ years).
  • Administrative experience (2+ years).
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Service Titan, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules or priorities.
