Marketing Strategist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that align with our business goals and sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.

  • Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and website content.

  • Plan and oversee promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and campaigns that support lead generation and customer engagement.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using KPIs and analytics tools.

  • Create high-quality marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and videos.

  • Build relationships with external agencies, vendors, and service providers related to marketing functions.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and communications.

  • Provide regular reports and presentations on marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial marketing role, with at least 2 years of overall marketing experience.

  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
