Marketing Professional

As part of a dynamic organization, the Marketing Specialist supports all marketing project management and activities across the business. The candidate will develop messaging, content, and creative support that promotes and elevates the brand and products in campaigns, websites, social media, and other channels as identified. He/she will also provide daily support through the coordination of special events. The candidate must possess an eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities as opportunities arise.

The role involves conducting market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data. The candidate will liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies. Additionally, they will discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers. The performance of marketing campaigns and strategies will be evaluated through key performance metrics. Innovative marketing campaigns will be created depending on robust data, and recommendations will be presented to management.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 3-5 years of marketing experience with social media experience being a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and savvy computer skills are essential. Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as commercially savvy and creative mindset, are required. The candidate should be customer service oriented, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Experience in marketing data analytics and tools is also desired.
