About the role

As Marketing Manager at Rbryan IV Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the same industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to inform marketing decisions
  • Proficient in the use of marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and digital marketing technologies
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
