Who We Are & Why This Role Matters

Hey there We're looking for a YouTube Creative Director who can work closely with our CEO, Shane Hummus— a YouTube entrepreneur, business coach, and content creator with 1M+ subscribers to create killer content that drives engagement and business growth.

You'll be part of the core team behind Shane's content; you'll be an active collaborator in content ideation, planning, and execution, ensuring every piece aligns with Shane's brand and business goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work directly with the CEO and team to shape the video content roadmap
  • Develop and refine content ideas that align with Shane's brand and business goals; Work directly with the CEO and team to shape the video content roadmap
  • Help with content creation, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality output [Help write scripts, edit videos, create social media posts, and long-form content
  • Research and integrate YouTube growth strategies into content planning
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize content for YouTube algorithms; Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversions
  • Develop video concepts from initial brainstorming through scriptwriting and production planning.
  • Assist on ad hoc tasks including but not limited to: Creating presentations using Miro, Google Slides, or similar tools that translate Shane's ideas into visually engaging narratives.

  • Proven experience leading YouTube creative strategy or managing a high-growth channel
  • Deep understanding of YouTube culture, algorithm, and audience psychology
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to visualize and execute engaging presentations
  • Data-driven and analytical, but also intuitive and trend-aware
  • Comfort with fluid schedules and occasional urgent requests
  • (Must Be Based in Davao) Willingness for periodic on-site collaboration
  • Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Background in marketing, branding, or viral content creation
  • You're organized enough to manage multiple projects but flexible enough to pivot when inspiration (or urgent client needs) strikes.
  • Knowledge of YouTube marketing, SEO, and monetization strategies
  • Experience managing and growing YouTube accounts
