This is a night shift role ideal for call center and BPO professionals who want to level up and proactively manage client relations.

Role Overview

The reception and intake team is the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and others in the community. We work closely with attorneys to ensure expectations are clear and work is on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage requests, inquiries, and support of client needs; respond to emails; resolve issues; provide copies of documents; update CRM.
  • Respond to incoming messages within 1 business day.
  • Gather information via phone and complete the intake form; calls will be inbound/outbound.
  • Answer ~25 inbound calls per day and build caring rapport with clients aged 55+.
  • Makes outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
