Reception and Intake Specialist Role

This role serves as the initial point of contact for clients, prospects, and community members.

  • Manage daily client support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Responding to emails within one business day.
  2. Gathering information via phone calls and completing intake forms.
  3. Following up with prospective clients via email and scheduling non-attorney meetings or referrals.

Key skills required:

  • 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
  • Ability to work independently in night shifts.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable individual with a learning mindset.
