Job Role: Customer Service Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to sell and provide customer support through phone, email, and chat. Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals and contact center metrics.
- Achieve sales objectives and contact center performance indicators.
- Sell and provide customer support via multiple channels.
- Manage all calls in a professional, timely, and suitable manner.
- Prioritize proactive sales opportunities for management when applicable.
- Complete outbound calls to new/existing customers and/or email communications to new/existing or prospective clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate's/Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of one year previous sales/customer service experience.
- Moderate knowledge of Excel required.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal required.
- Strong organizational skills also required.
