About this role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service during night shifts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, minimizing disruption to their experience.
  3. Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  4. Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
  5. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  6. Capture and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to deliver a seamless customer service experience.

Qualifications

  1. Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting.
  2. Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Comfortable using various communication platforms and remote work tools.
