Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and friendly customer support specialist to join our team. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via chat, email, or phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns

Technical Requirements:

  • Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
  • A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
