The role of a Senior Stock Controller is a crucial one, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and stored according to the highest standards of food safety and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Station Checklist compliance for Shelf Life and Product Traceability.
  • Prepare required stocks and supplies based on endorsements and scheduled restaurant activities.
  • Inspect delivered goods for quality and accuracy, rejecting items if they do not meet standards and reporting to the Manager on Duty.
  • Communicate suggestions to improve stock management and inventory processes.
  • Coordinate with other stores for borrowing stocks.
  • Ensure restaurant stocks are organized and in good condition by inspecting stockrooms, storage areas, and shelves.
  • Facilitate proper storage of delivered goods in the stockroom, labeling boxes with delivery dates.
  • Maintain Food Safety, Cleanliness, and Conditions standards in stock management.
  • Keep stockrooms and cold storages clean.
  • Prioritize proper storage and stacking guidelines, adhering to FIFO/FEFO and Receiving, Handling, and Storage standards.
  • Organize food items to prevent contamination from cleaning supplies and chemicals.
  • Prepare items for removal by checking packaging and labels.
  • Monitor production according to transitioning times of each product.
  • Regulate production flow through coordination with the Team Leader.
  • Conduct ending inventory of stations and identify stocks for replenishment.
  • Participate in mid-month and monthly inventories with the Manager on Duty or Assistant Restaurant Manager 1.
  • Count and record ending inventory of items for daily control.
  • Distribute stocks to different stations.
  • Prepare stock/inventory reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least high school graduate.
  • At least 2 years experience as Senior Crew or 3 years experience as service/production crew.
