Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory, auditing, or related roles, preferably in a distribution or logistics company.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting and inventory systems (ERP, SAP, or related software) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to be assigned in warehouse/distribution sites when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits within the warehouse and distribution areas.
  • Verify actual stock against system records to identify discrepancies, shortages, or overages.
  • Prepare and submit audit reports highlighting findings, variances, and recommendations.
  • Assist in cycle counts, spot checks, and year-end physical inventory activities.
  • Monitor product movements (receiving, transfers, and dispatch) to ensure proper documentation.
  • Investigate and coordinate with warehouse and accounting teams to resolve inventory variances.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal controls.
  • Support the implementation of inventory control measures to reduce losses and improve accuracy.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of inventory-related reports and records.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Audit Supervisor.
