About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate (Project-based) to join our dynamic team at Cebu Landmasters, Inc. in Cagayan de Oro City. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory management practices to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately track and record all incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile records and identify any discrepancies
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of inventory audits
  • Liaise with procurement, production and sales teams to ensure inventory levels meet operational demands
  • Identify opportunities for inventory optimization and make recommendations to improve processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized and well-maintained inventory storage area
  • Provide support in receiving, storing and distributing materials and supplies as needed

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree graduate
  • Relevant experience in inventory management or a related field, preferably in a construction or logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications
  • Experience with construction-specific inventory management software is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in inventory management best practices
  • Visa sponsorship is available for this position
