About the role

Salon de Rose, Inc. is seeking an experienced and organized Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in maintaining our inventory management processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately count, record, and maintain detailed inventory records for all salon branch products and items.
  2. Liaise with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to monitor stock levels and identify any discrepancies or issues.
  3. Prepare and submit regular inventory reports and analysis to management
  4. Assist with the implementation of inventory control systems and procedures
  5. Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accurate records.
  6. Provide support in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods as needed.

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in an inventory/stock control role.
  2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  3. Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures
  4. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  8. Willing to work on weekends; weekdays off
