Job Description:
">As a dynamic Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and success of our U.S.-based client support team in the promotional products industry. This position combines lead generation, backend project management, account handling, and client relationship building.
Responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the sales team to provide customer support, take calls for products, handle problems, enter orders, process returns, work with CSR to procure goods, make outbound calls to support various sales programs, assist with customers' requirements at customer and prospect events, find solutions and products, manage company programs and web stores for clients, develop or assist with presentations, work with various internal company departments, shipping/receiving, art, decorating, customer service, IT, and accounting, and perform other ad-hoc tasks.
