Main Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.
  • Ensure seamless email communication by drafting, responding, and organizing emails with clarity and efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage digital filing systems with utmost care.
Key Skills
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role preferably with marketing background.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, Hubstaff, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
  • Marketing experience in content creation, social media management, and promotional campaigns.
