As a seasoned financial professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless transition of our clients' accounts. Your expertise in managing client offboarding processes, coupled with your attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance, will be crucial in upholding our organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Accountant and possess excellent analytical skills, enabling them to record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Your proficiency in Xero accounting system will also be beneficial in maintaining full sets of books for a portfolio of clients.

In addition to technical skills, you will be expected to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and third-party consultants to ensure that all specifications are met. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as you will be required to handle various tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements
  • Financial Acumen: Proficient in recording and reconciling financial transactions, as well as preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced user of Xero accounting system, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
  • Analytical Skills: Able to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
