Job Title: Transformation Project Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects. This role is responsible for managing and executing initiatives across various streams, including Agent Trainer implementations, vendor integrations, and digital solution deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for assigned digital initiatives.
  • Manage implementation of solutions such as Agent Trainer, Agent Assist, and Co-pilot deployments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track and manage project budgets within allocated amounts.
  • Implementation Management
  • Lead the deployment of digital solutions across assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate technical integrations with IT teams and vendors.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of implementations.
  • Monitor and report on implementation progress and metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience with digital transformation or technology implementation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
