Incident Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Manager to lead critical recoveries, synchronize with international teams, and drive career growth in the high-pressure world of IT incident management.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all major IT incidents, ensuring timely response, resolution, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage the incident lifecycle from identification, logging, categorization, prioritization, resolution, and closure.
  • Coordinate technical teams across the organization to resolve high-priority incidents efficiently.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT Incident Management experience in BPO or IT industries.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL principles, particularly Incident and Problem Management.
Key Skills:
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
