- Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
- Experience or willingness to work from home remotely
- High-volume calling expertise
- Ability to learn new technology and data
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Initiate high-volume outbound telephone calls following up on marketing campaigns and inbound 'leads' (from website, events, webinars) to understand audience interest and probe companies for organization structure and important points of contact to further the sales discussion
- Convert qualified leads into closed sales transactions
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to secure new customers
- Achieve mastery of sales training and closing sales deals
- Collaborate with your team and management to provide a professional customer experience during all interactions
- Maintain accurate records in the customer management system (CRM)
