Job Description
  • As a General Virtual Assistant, your role will contribute to the success of our business by providing exceptional customer support and service.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing client communications and providing timely responses to queries.
  2. Handling calls and email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Performing administrative tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management.
  4. Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services.
  5. Ensuring compliance with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
  6. Staying up-to-date with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines to maintain high-quality performance.
  7. Representing our company's core values to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Providing data and information to our leadership team as required.
  9. Performing additional duties as needed to support the growth and success of our business.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks.
  • Good American accent.
  • Quiet home office work environment.
  • Flexibility to work on the graveyard shift.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection with backup available.
  • Dependable electricity with power backup available.
  • Up-to-date computer hardware and software requirements (minimum 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, Windows or MAC).
