Customer Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication skills to join our team as a customer support specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through chat, email, or phone in a friendly and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns. You will also use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

  • Customer Communication: Respond to customers via multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their issues.
  • Ticket Management: Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

As a customer support specialist, you will work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
Work from Home Requirements
  • Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
  • A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
