  • A minimum of one year of experience in online or remote customer service roles
  • Knowledge of tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is advantageous
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential
  • An adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset is necessary for success
Technical Specifications
  • A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent is required
  • A minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps for both upload and download is necessary
