Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Support Specialist to empower our Loan Officers (LOs) with the right marketing technology tools, ensure seamless operations, and optimize vendor relationships. This role is not just about support—it requires ownership of MarTech administration, financial tracking, and enablement.

Success in this role means mastering CRM and automation platforms, keeping tech costs accurate, ensuring vendors deliver on expectations, and being the first line of support when LOs need help. You'll work at the intersection of marketing operations and technology, ensuring every tool and process runs smoothly to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities (Outcome-Driven)
  • Martech Tool Management: Administer CRM, email automation, and lead-gen tools for LOs; troubleshoot issues; train users.
  • Tech Tool Charge Tracking: Maintain detailed expense tracking per LO; reconcile with Finance monthly; deliver cost efficiency reports.
  • Vendor Management: Own vendor relationships, negotiate renewals, and assess performance; recommend improvements.
  • Support & Enablement: Act as first-line support for LOs; develop FAQs, guides, and training resources; escalate issues as needed.
SMARTe Objectives (First 120 Days)
  1. Audit and document all LO MarTech tools by Day 21.
  2. Build and launch a ledger system for tech tool charges by Week 4.
  3. Conduct at least 1 LO training session on MarTech usage by Week 6.
  4. Maintain a 95%+ accuracy rate in expense reconciliation.
  5. Deliver first vendor performance review by Day 90.
