We are currently seeking a diligent and highly skilled Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional service to businesses worldwide.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and instant messaging. Key Responsibilities include:
- Key Duties:
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls with exceptional phone, email, and instant messaging communication proficiencies.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, striving for customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Maintain thorough records of customer engagements, update customer accounts, and organize documentation.
- Adhere to established communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year verified experience as a Customer Service Representative within B2C or B2B contexts
- Proficient English communication abilities, both written and verbal, achieving at least a B2 proficiency level
- Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling systems, such as Google Calendar
- Able to work night shifts, if required.
