Expert Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Expert Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction through expert communication, system configuration, and collaborative teamwork in a flexible, purpose-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 0–3 years of work experience (early talents welcome).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in client-facing or customer service roles.
  • Ability to engage and manage customer stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to challenges.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to deliver on commitments.
  • Ability to persuade and influence to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Java for internal projects.
  • Background in programming languages, specifically Java or C variants.
  • Technical knowledge in AI and robotic process automation.
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud solutions, or travel & spend management is a plus.
  • Ability to perform under stress and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
