Job Title: Tech Support Expert

The role of a Tech Support Expert is pivotal in ensuring seamless operation of digital tools and systems across restaurant locations. As a key member of the team, you will provide hands-on technical support to resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for POS systems, kitchen display screens, and handheld ordering devices
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on-site or remotely
  • Assist with setup and configuration of IT equipment during store openings or upgrades
  • Ensure proper function of network systems, Wi-Fi access, and payment integrations
  • Document incidents, fixes, and FAQs to improve support efficiency
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to escalate unresolved issues
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in technical support or IT service desk roles, preferably in food service environments
  • Familiarity with restaurant tech platforms (e.g., Toast, Square, Oracle Micros)
  • Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and mobile device management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support restaurant needs
