Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Makati.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and be able to provide top-notch support services for custom web applications.

You will work closely with IT and Business teams to review, troubleshoot, and resolve issues based on business priorities.

Your role will involve mentoring junior staff and associates, providing guidance, training, and quality control.

You will also act as a go-to technical escalation point within the support team and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to communicate solutions clearly and deliver consistently high-quality service.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business and technical needs.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.

  • Knowledge of current technical support or customer service ticketing systems.
