**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned business analyst to join our team. As a key liaison between clients and delivery teams, you will help design solutions that drive business value, strengthen client relationships, and deliver measurable impact.

This role combines leadership, innovation, and collaboration to ensure we delight our clients, grow our business, and continuously improve the way we work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze requirements to ensure solutions meet client needs.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagements and contribute to proposals.
  • Champion agile methods and document best practices.
  • Mentor junior analysts and build expertise in banking and finance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Business Analysis experience with proven success in banking and finance projects (3-5 years for midlevel; 5-7 years for senior level).
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies and IT project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment.
  • Willing to work in Quezon City and/or Makati City.
