Job Title: Remote Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting clinical reviews of cases not meeting criteria by performing clinical intake and adjudicating (closing), requesting additional clinical information or escalating to Medical Directors.

This is a temporary work-from-home opportunity with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and medical domain knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle interactions with facility personnel and providers in a professional manner.

  • Conduct clinical review of cases not meeting criteria by performing clinical intake and adjudicating (closing)
  • Request additional clinical information as needed or escalate to Medical Directors

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active PRC and USRN License with 2 years Bedside Experience
  • At least 2 years Triage Phone handling experience
  • Preferably with ER / OR / Medical Surgical / UR / UM / Triage / ICU / Hemodialysis experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to handle interactions with facility personnel and providers in a professional manner
  • Good knowledge in Healthcare or Medical domain
