Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare insurance quotes, compare and review multiple carriers' offers, enter information into management systems, prepare policy documents and applications, and send emails.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Buid strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Educate clients on insurance options, renewals, and changes.
  • Review and manage existing insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs.
  • Assist with policy renewals, amendments, and endorsements.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business opportunities.
  • Cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Provide tailored insurance quotes, proposals, and presentations to individual clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions.
  • Process applications, claims, and other insurance documentation efficiently.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time position in the technology industry, working from home with night shift hours. The job requires experience in insurance account management or a similar role, proficiency in CRM systems and insurance management software, AMS 360 experience, and excellent communication skills.
