Key Responsibilities:
- Client Workflow & Application Tracking: Guide clients through the insurance process from submission to approval, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications.
- Lead Intake & CRM Management: Manage client data, including personal and medical information, and maintain precise lead status tracking in our CRM system.
- Relationship & Communication Management: Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through empathetic, timely, and professional communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Proven ability to catch small errors and inconsistencies in process.
- Strong Language & Proofreading Skills: Clear, professional communication and error-free writing are essential.
- Critical Thinker & Problem Solver: Ability to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and streamline tasks without supervision.
