We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Senior Project Management Officer.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing major digital transformation projects in the banking sector. This involves providing strategic leadership and expertise in project governance, centralizing support for project teams, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure successful project delivery within budget and on time.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective governance frameworks and processes to manage large-scale projects efficiently.

  • Define and track performance metrics to monitor program execution and identify areas for improvement.

  • Offer centralized support to project teams by providing tools, templates, and best practices guidance.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and delivery managers to resolve issues and mitigate risks associated with complex projects.

  • Deliver comprehensive reports to executives and stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.

  • Lead stakeholder communication efforts to ensure alignment and manage expectations effectively.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project performance and recommending enhancements.

  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen project management capabilities across teams.
