We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead our team in driving architectural excellence and fostering digital transformation across the organization.

About the Role
  • This is an opportunity to establish and lead the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and frameworks to align with organizational objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and proven hands-on experience in designing technical solutions in various architecture domains.
  • They should be proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native solutions, with a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and frameworks to align with organizational objectives.
  • Drive architectural governance, ensuring adherence to standards and policies across all architecture domains.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to translate business strategies into actionable architecture initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of enterprise capability strategies, roadmaps, and technical playbooks.
  • Ensure solutions are designed for Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, and Cost Optimization.
  • Engage with C-suite stakeholders and external partners to promote strategic enterprise initiatives.
  • Define and drive the adoption of architectural standards, fostering enterprise agility and digital transformation.
  • Represent the architecture function in key organizational committees and initiatives.
  • Oversee solution design for complex IT and digital transformation projects across multiple industries.
  • Guide the selection of emerging technologies and innovative approaches for business value realization.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing architecture team, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and professional growth.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the architecture team.
Requirements
  • Education – Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related course, MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus.
  • Related Work Experience – At least 15 years of experience in building and designing technical solutions in a wide range of architecture domains such as business, application, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and data for IT, Retail, BFSI, Healthcare or any other large enterprises.
  • At least 8 years in a senior leadership role overseeing architecture teams.
  • Knowledge – Extensive knowledge, proven hands-on experience and expertise in the following:
  • Extensive expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices, DevOps, and security best practices.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
  • Skills:
  • Extensive leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing architecture teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders.
  • Adept at managing large-scale IT projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent understanding of client challenges and addressing solutions for a digital transformation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
