Job Title: Digital Transformation Project Lead

The ideal candidate will lead the transformation of business processes and technology to drive digital innovation and growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a deep understanding of technical and business processes to develop effective project plans.
  • Manage diverse project portfolios, ensuring alignment with broader strategies and compliance requirements.
  • Define project goals, objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop project schedules, define milestones, and monitor progress against established timelines.
  • Lead project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Identify dependencies, manage critical paths, and take necessary actions to keep the project on track and meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years experience as Project Manager
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Experience in Program/Project Management and Change Management
  • Experience working in an Agile team
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects such as software development, infrastructure, or data architecture
  • Experience in implementing security protocols and ensuring projects meet security requirements
