Mercer is seeking a talented individual to join as Consulting & Digital Solutions Leader. This role focuses on building two major growth areas for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate growth and profitability of the consulting and digital solutions practice.
  • Expand revenues from existing clients through direct effort or collaboration with sales teams.
  • Lead team collaboration on client projects and deliverables, including analytics, broking, and placement teams.
  • Serve as lead health consultant on medium to large clients, managing proposal and service delivery.
  • Determine full scope of services provided to clients and set roles and responsibilities within client project teams.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams and regional stakeholders in evaluating new consulting products and services.
  • Lead thought leadership activities, conducting research and surveys on health and benefits trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years experience in a consulting environment, specializing in employee benefits.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Innovative business development and client solutions.
  • Strong leadership experience, inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Sales skills with a focus on retention and new business growth.
