Process Excellence Professional

Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to drive process improvement and digital transformation.

Lead projects that deliver measurable business impact through automation, digitization, and process enhancement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to embed continuous improvement as a culture.

  • Design and implement process discovery and analysis methodologies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and deploy intelligent automation solutions using generative AI and conversational bots.
  • Map customer journeys to identify issues and opportunities for process re-engineering.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and provide progress updates.

  • Project management and process excellence expertise.
  • Facilitation and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in value stream mapping and facilitating problem-solving workshops.
  • Automation experience and knowledge of generative AI and RPA tools.
  • Process mining certification.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • College degree is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of process excellence experience in a contact center/service environment.
