We seek a visionary Director to spearhead AI and digital transformation initiatives, driving business value for clients through strategic partnerships. This high-profile role demands exceptional leadership skills, as you'll oversee complex transformation programs, advise senior stakeholders on digital strategy, and ensure successful implementation of AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership
    • Collaborate with C-level executives to craft digital and AI transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead large-scale consulting engagements, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster adoption of AI and digital solutions across the enterprise.
  • AI & Digital Transformation Strategy
    • Develop frameworks for AI adoption, digital operating models, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies into clients' business processes.
    • Communicate complex technical concepts to actionable business outcomes.
  • Practice & Capability Development
    • Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams with expertise in AI, data, and digital solutions.
    • Establish reusable delivery methodologies and best practices for AI and digital transformation programs.
    • Partner with product and innovation teams to pilot and scale new digital offerings.
  • Business Growth & Thought Leadership
    • Drive business development through account expansion, proposal development, and executive presentations.
    • Represent the firm as a thought leader in AI and digital transformation at industry forums, conferences, and publications.
    • Contribute to revenue growth targets and profitability for the consulting practice.
Requirements:Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
  • 12–15+ years of progressive consulting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing AI/digital transformation programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology and transformation initiatives.
Technical & Domain Expertise
  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, automation, data analytics, and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and digital operating models.
  • Familiarity with regulatory considerations in AI adoption.
Leadership & Consulting Skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to link technology initiatives to financial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in building and mentoring diverse consulting teams.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with complex challenges.
