Lead Generation and Administration Assistant

This role requires a bilingual French English professional to work as an assistant for lead generation and administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential leads, assisting in lead generation and consultation booking, and providing excellent customer support through various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, including the ability to understand a variety of accents, and experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. They should also be self-motivated, outgoing, resourceful, and coachable, with strong time-management skills and organizational efficiency.

The role involves utilizing key tools such as Active Campaign, Spray-Net Work, Front, and MyContact Center to ensure smooth operations. The successful candidate will work closely with team members to follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities by recommending relevant services that meet customer needs, and perform accurate data entry to ensure customer records are always up-to-date in our system.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • English and French fluency is required.
  • Strong English communication skills, including the ability to understand a variety of accents.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Active Campaign preferred).
  • General computer proficiency is required.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and communication tools (Front, MyContact Center).
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, resourceful, and coachable.
  • Strong time-management skills and organizational efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently with a fast, reliable internet connection (minimum 70 Mbps, 200 Mbps above is preferred).
