Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end loan processing from verifying applications to ensuring compliance with lending standards.

You will work with CRM tools, coordinate with internal teams, and provide accurate and timely updates to clients and stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, and at least 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market.

They should also have experience working with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline or AOL, Simpology, and loan origination platforms.

Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records
  • Review, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data
  • Perform audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Requirements
