
Strategic Financial Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Tax & Managerial Accounting Specialist to join our forward-thinking team.
This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity for a professional who wants to move beyond compliance and become a true financial partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute proactive tax plans to minimize liabilities, advise on entity structuring, manage all compliance, and serve as the in-house expert on IRS regulations.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, conduct variance analysis, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership to support long-term strategic planning.
Requirements:
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- A minimum of 5+ years of extensive, hands-on experience focused specifically on US taxation (planning, strategy, and compliance).
- Demonstrated expertise in navigating the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and IRS regulations. (US Enrolled Agent designation is a strong plus).
- Strong proficiency in managerial accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly.
