Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.

  1. Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk and perform basic support tasks such as answering calls, responding to visitor inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Visitor Reception: Receive and direct visitors at the front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  3. Mail and Delivery Management: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
  4. Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-maintained at all times.
  6. Additional Responsibilities: Provide support on all aspects of the job, including but not limited to the above deliverables.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
