About the Job
  • As a Healthcare Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will work closely with patients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls according to procedure and departmental standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to patient queries and concerns in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Collect outstanding balances from patients in a respectful and efficient way.
  • Collaborate with third-party entities, such as insurance companies, to resolve queries related to patient accounts.
  • Make outbound collection calls in accordance with procedure and departmental guidelines.
  • Cross-train for various tasks assigned to the team to ensure continuity of duties and responsibilities.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information by adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by being a reliable and punctual team player.
