Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience; call center experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other technology tools
