Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of customer service experience; call center experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and other technology tools
