Job Title:

Customer Service Representative

Description:

The primary role of the customer support associate involves interacting with customers via various communication channels to provide exceptional service and resolve routine issues related to client products or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction meets contractual Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs')
  • Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution using decision-support tools and resources
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns while demonstrating empathy and professionalism
  • Greet customers in a courteous and respectful manner
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Prepare accurate work including notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products and/or services as relevant to customer needs
  • Track and document information in call tracking databases for quality control and improvement purposes
Candidate Profile:

A suitable candidate should possess:

  • A high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • A strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and computer navigation abilities
  • Dependability, attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and patience in customer contact situations
