Job Requirements
  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues on the first call.
  • Research and retrieve information to support customer needs.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Guide customers through available options to find the best solutions.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Working Conditions & Requirements

This is a full-time remote position that requires minimal supervision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
